Lucas Wiśniewski
Lukasz Wisniewski is the driving force behind Your Athletic Center — a coach, educator, and elite-level movement specialist with over 20 years of combined experience as both an athlete and trainer.
His journey spans the pitch, ring, court, pool, and more — having competed in football, boxing, swimming, and volleyball, while actively training across multiple athletic disciplines. Lukasz is, first and foremost, an athlete. That mindset, combined with deep academic and coaching expertise, is what makes his approach so unique.
He holds a BSc and MSc in Strength & Conditioning, and has become a true expert in movement diagnostics, performance testing, and long-term athlete development. But more than that — Lukasz builds programs that lead to lasting transformation. He doesn’t just help you train hard; he helps you train smart, laying the right foundations for performance, health, and success in sport and
in life.


Over the past two decades, Lukasz has worked with clients and athletes across top football clubs, top-rated clinics, the biggest fitness chains in the Middle East and Europe, and prestigious international cruise lines.
