Our LTAD system is backed by sports science and shaped by 20+ years of real coaching experience. We track how your child moves, where they’re growing fastest, and how to train them safely and effectively through every stage — from toddler years to late teens.

This isn’t about pushing your child too hard. It’s about building them the right way — with a strong foundation, efficient movement, and the confidence to grow into their full athletic potential.

In-Person Youth Coaching ( Dublin 8 )

1:1 or small-group coaching — focused on age, ability, and growth stage.

We guide your child through LTAD phases using FMS screening, PHV tracking, and skill
appropriate drills. Everything is explained, measured, and adjusted to keep them progressing safely.

• €300 for 4 in-person sessions
• Club or school testing from €300+

Online LTAD Coaching (via OnForm Platform)

Remote coaching that grows with your child.

If you’re outside Dublin or prefer home-based training, our online LTAD program provides structure, assessment, and expert progression — all guided by real data and backed by 1:1 feedback.
