1. Who We Are

We are Your Athletic Center, a Dublin-based strength and conditioning coaching service run by
Lukasz Wisniewski (sole trader).
Our goal is to help you move better, perform better, and feel stronger — safely and professionally.

2. What You’re Agreeing To
When you book or buy any service (in-person, online, or subscription), you agree to follow our
Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, available on www.yourathleticcenter.com.

3. Services and Safety

All our training and programs are for fitness and performance purposes.
They are not medical advice or physiotherapy.
Please make sure you’re fit to train and always tell us about any health issues or injuries before you
start.
You train under your own responsibility, and we’ll always do our best to keep you safe.

4. Payments and Cancellations

• All payments go through Stripe, a secure online payment system.
• You can cancel subscription services with 1 month’s notice before the next billing date.
• Refunds are available for unused services or under Irish consumer law.
• Digital plans and online content can’t be refunded once you’ve received them.

5. Data & Privacy

• We follow GDPR and Irish data protection law.
• Your personal data (like name, contact details, training info) is safe and used only to deliver
your services.
• We never sell or share your data.
• You can request access, changes, or deletion of your data anytime — just email
info@yourathleticcenter.com.
• We use cookies on our site to make things run smoothly and track basic analytics.

6. Your Rights

You have full consumer rights under Irish and EU law.
You can contact us anytime about refunds, cancellations, or data requests.
